Conejo Valley Gardening Club Calendar

CVGC Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of the month from September thru May. The meetings are usually held at The First Methodist Church, in classrooms 11 & 12, 1000 E. Janss Rd. Thousand Oaks 91360 The Business Meeting is at 10:00 a.m. followed by refreshments and a program. We meet in Dickerson Hall (through the double door and across from the office) The meetings include speakers on a variety of subjects from bees, to planting, Chumash Indian medicines, pollinators for the garden, water conservation, and other gardening-related topics. We also have hands-on workshops and at least one local garden tour during our club year.

APRIL MEETING - GENERAL MEETING

April 26, 2023  

TRIP TO THE ROSE GARDEN We will meet in the parking lot of the United Methodist Church, located at 1000 Janss Road, Thousand Oaks at 9:30 AM. After a short business meeting, we will carpool to Otto and Sons nursery in Somis
for a tour and visit to the demonstration rose garden.
There are picnic benches in the rose garden so bring your brown bag lunch.

MAY MEETING - GENERAL MEETING

May 24, 2023  

INSTALLATION LUNCH We will conclude our busy garden year with a luncheon and installation of the new officers. The time and location will be announced.
